We got Steam demos of the System Shock reboot in 20, which received positive attention. is there any way to run the game in a window rather than fullscreen its nice to see lots of higher resolutions, but running it in a window would be nice. The rebooted version was looking toward a 2020 release date, but COVID-19 has caused delays in the game’s production. Then, development restarted with a new team that was told to focus on what was promised in the Kickstarter. However, due to rising costs and feature creep, that version was put on hold and later scrapped in 2018. Work on the game started in 2016 with a projected release date sometime in 2018.
